Trulia released their Trulia Trends Report for August 2007 (pdf-file) this past Friday. For the third straight month, Chicago has conquered the top spot in the category “Most Searched City”. So far, so good. I just don’t know which conclusion I should draw from this, because Trulia doesn’t tell us how many searches exactly were conducted for Chicago. Moreover, lately, we haven’t exactly been compelled to pass out numbers to open house visitors to keep the “long lines” manageable. So, thank you for the honors, Trulia, but I wished that buyer activity at “street level” closer mirrored your search stats.
